OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
Their certified products are completely safe for human health. Every thread, button, and accessory is rigorously tested against a list of over 1,000 potentially harmful substances. The closer a product comes into contact with your skin, the stricter the testing requirements—ensuring the highest level of safety. They follow globally standardised testing criteria, and our certification meets all relevant international standards and regulations. To maintain this level of trust, they review and update their limit values for harmful substances at least once a year.
Forest Stewardship Council®

The FSC certification guarantees responsible sourcing from sustainably managed forests and/or recycling. Wood and derived products or other forest products that carry an FSC claim can do so only when the processing chain from forest to end product is also controlled in terms of traceability. The strict requirements of the FSC certification and its credibility are widely recognized by both environmental organizations and social and economic actors.
FSC logos can be found on millions of products around the world, from wooden products in the hardware store or on the construction site to paper and packaging materials in the bathroom or kitchen cabinet. The FSC logo on a product means that the material comes from responsibly managed forests.
Global Organic Textile Standard

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) was developed by leading standard setters to define world-wide recognised requirements for organic textiles. From the harvesting of the raw materials, environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labelling, textiles certified to GOTS provide a credible assurance to the consumer.
Global Standard was founded by four well-reputed organisations: Organic Trade Association (OTA, USA), USA),Internationaler Verband der Naturtextilwirtschaft (IVN, Germany), Th Soil Association(UK) and Japan Organic Cotton AAssociation (JOCA, Japan). Two of these (IVN and JOCA) are textile industry organisations, while the other two (OTA and Soil Association) are organic organisations rooted in organic agriculture and food.
Together, they hold extensive experience in promoting 'organic' and all had developed individual processing standards for organic textiles. GOTS came about from the desire to harmonise these standards so that they were internationally recognised. The Global Standard organisation draws on the advice of, and input from, other relevant international stakeholder organisations and experts for regular standard updates.
